Reports are completely confidential, and you are not required to reveal your identity unless you choose to do so or if it is required by the applicable laws. You should provide as much information as possible to facilitate any subsequent action or investigation. Personal details and information provided to SpeakUp JCB may be disclosed to law enforcement agencies or regulatory authorities, as required to meet applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
After report submission, you may login at “Check Status” using your Disclosure ID and the Password that you set when you logged your disclosure/suspicion. If you forgot your password, you can reset it by sending an email to whistleblowing@speakupjcb.com with your Disclosure ID.
If you are reporting a sexual harassment matter relating to an incident in India, please note the following:
• Such cases must be reported directly to the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) through the appropriate email addresses provided below.
• This whistleblowing (WB) channel should not be used for reporting sexual harassment matters in India.
• Kindly disclose your identity, as anonymous complaints cannot be processed under ICC procedures.
